Operations Coordinator

Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Inc. in Milwaukee WI is offering a tremendous career opportunity to fill a full-time position as an Operations Coordinator Intern. The Operations Coordinator Intern is an integral part of a successful team in our offices. This entry level position ensures operational excellence by supporting both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include dispatching the proper equipment, effectively running daily operations as a part of a dispatch team, ordering permits, entering orders, and some customer contact.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in Operations. Training will include learning the procedures and regulations concerning Inter and Intra-state trucking, various types of cranes and their safe operation. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual with excellent communication skills, ability to interact with customers, basic computer skills, and the ability to prioritize.
